Refund policy -  Please read before entering event. 

If the tournament is fully cancelled due to weather a $225 refund credit to a future WSC Event will be given.

First games in your age group has started and the tournament is cancelled, a $100 credit to a future WSC event will be given. If two or more games in your age group have started, no refund will be given.

No refund for any team withdrawing 120 days prior to event unless replacement team can be found.

No refund for any team withdrawing 30 days prior to event.
